Miles L. Johnson and Lauri A. McGarrigan bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 704 4th St. in Hermosa Beach from S. Lee Reynolds for $1.04 million on Oct. 27.

Reynolds acquired the property for $1.25 million in March 2007. The 2,654-square-foot house was built in 1986 in West Hermosa Beach. It is part of 702-704 4th St. condominium development.

McGarrigan is the senior vice president for business strategy and operations at Disney and ESPN Media Networks. Previously, she worked as vice president of operations at Fox Family Worldwide and Falcon Communications.

She attended Loyola Marymount University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 153 home sales in Hermosa Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $934,500.
