US Auto Parts developer get Long Beach condo

Medium a26a65391bc8b58271c41d086535913f Francisco Cha bought the two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 1001 Belmont Ave. Unit #314 in Long Beach from Yong Chu and Chong Yun Lee for $250,000 on Oct. 26.

Chu and Lee acquired the property in Sept. 2007. The 840-square-foot unit is in 1001 Belmont Ave., a condominium development built in 1989 in Eastside Long Beach.

Cha has been a senior developer, telephony supervisor, and PHP developer at US Auto Parts, which was founded in 1995 and headquartered in Carson. He previously served as a programmer analyst and network administrator at JNR Incorporated. He also became part of the University of California-Irvine and Linksys a Division of Cisco.

He attended the University of California-Irvine.

According to, there have been 973 condo sales in the Burbank during the past 12 months, with a median price of $210,000.
