Afagh Hassas and Faruoq Tamiz bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 6121 Lighthouse Lane in Palmdale from Principals Capital Funding for $130,000 on Oct. 25.

The 1,807-square-foot house, which was built in 1994, is in Lake Los Angeles Palmdale.

Hassas is the manager and an agent at Afagh Inc., a real estate company.

Hassas and Tamiz also own homes at 4300 Chalone Drive in Palmdale, purchased for $184,000 on June 5 and at 7032 Middlesbury Ridge Circle in West Hills, purchased for $260,000 in Aug. 1998.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,639 home sales in Palmdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $141,000.
