The Dillards paid $188,000 for the property in May 1995. The 3,260-square-foot house was built in 1990 in Antelope Valley Country Club.

Dr. Dillard is a pediatrician at Kaiser Foundation Hospital-Panorama City and has been in practice for 21 years. She is also affiliated with Antelope Valley Hospital Medical Center.

She completed her M.D. in 1985 from Georgetown University School of Medicine and her residency from Kaiser Foundation Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,639 home sales in Palmdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $141,000.
