Ian Stuart Biederman and Juliet David Biederman sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2145 Linda Flora Drive in Bel Air to Anahat Dhillon for $1.252 million on Sept. 29.

The Biedermans acquired the property for $912,500 in July 2002. The 2,045-square-foot house was built in 1955.

Mr. Biederman is a producer and a writer of several Hollywood TV series and movies. He is also an executive producer and creator of TV documentaries. Before those, he worked as a miscellaneous crew for several TV productions.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 95 home sales in Bel Air during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.7 million.
