Adam Horowitz and his wife, Erin, sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 1200 Hauser Blvd. in Mid-City to Georgios Koutroulakis for $668,500 on Dec. 1.

The Horowitzes paid $954,000 for the property in Aug. 2006. The 1,671-square-foot house was built in 1927.

Mr. Horowitz is a screenwriter based in Los Angeles. His credits include the television shows Felicity, Black Sash, One Tree Hill, Popular, Fantasy Island, Birds of Prey, Life As We Know It and Lost.

He holds a B.A. in communication arts and political science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 458 home sales in Mid-City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $340,000.
