Apparel CEO pays $2.275M for Santa Monica condo

Medium acaf51d04e2d86e4e77cc73909b6dd5d Greger Hagelin and Ann Charlotte Elisabeth Hagelin sold a four-bedroom, four-bath condo at 1040 4th St. in Santa Monica to Jeffrey Marc Winant and Doree Johanna Gerold for $2.275 million on Dec. 1.

The Hagelins paid $2.45 million for the property in Nov. 2007. The 2,927-square-foot Unit #409 is part of The Dorchester House, a development built in 1990 in Wilshire Montana.

Mr. Hagelin is the CEO of WeSC, a clothing company he founded in 2000.

Mr. Winant serves as a chair at Vistage International, an organization for CEOs, business owners and executives of small to mid-size businesses. He previously was chairman of the board at Leveraged Technology, Inc.

He has master's degree in library science from Villanova University and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been four condo sales in Santa Monica during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.106 million.
