Phillip Faigley sold a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 531 Esplanade in Redondo Beach to Bruce L. Fryman and Li Hua Fryman for $627,000 on Dec. 2.

Faigley paid $575,000 for the property in July 2003. The 1,246-square-foot Unit #508 is part of The Ocean Plaza development, which was built in 1974 in South Redondo Beach.

Mr. Faigley is a consultant in private practice. Prior to this, he had worked as a chief operations officer at Helix Investment Partners LLC, an associate at Scudder, Stevens & Clark and an analyst at Marine Midland Bank.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 80 condo sales in Redondo Beach during the past 12 months.
