Ms. Barbeau is an associate in the law office of Sidley Austin, LLP. She previously held the same position at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, LLP. Prior to that, she was a law clerk at Rosenberg, Mendlin & Rosen, LLP.

She holds a B.A. in communications from the University of California-Los Angeles and a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.

Mr. Helfing is a professor in the sociology department of College of Canyons. His professional interests include marriage and the family, criminology, culture and socialization and social psychology.

He earned both his B.A. in psychology and his M.A. in education, educational psychology, counseling and guidance from California State University in Northridge. His M.S.W. is from the University of Washington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 393 home sales in Studio City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $663,500.
