Maxwell Ryan Frome sold a three-bed, two-bath home at 5311 Allott Ave. in Sherman Oaks to Aaron Deutsch for $640,000 on Dec. 1.

Frome acquired the property for $570,000 in Dec. 2003. The 1,528-square-foot house was built in 1950.

Frome is the owner of Creative Technical Solutions Inc. Previously, he worked at Bento Box Entertainment LLC as a consultant, and at Wisnewski Blair & Assoc. Ltd., an architecture and design firm.

He attended California State University Northridge and San Francisco State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 438 home sales in Sherman Oaks during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $599,000.
