Erin Palmer Karish and her husband, Jeffrey, bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 646 El Cerco Place in Pacific Palisades from Julie Sizer for $2.351 million on Dec. 3.

The 3,006-square-foot house was built in 1946.

Ms. Karish was a former counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP.

She earned her degree from Harvard Law School and her J.D. from the University of California-Berkeley.

Mr. Karish is the executive vice president of Windsor Media LLC. Prior to this, he served as an M&A strategy head of Yahoo! Media Group and an associate principal at McKinsey & Company.

He attended Harvard Law School and the University of California-Berkeley.

The Karishes bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 1000 Monument St. in Pacific Palisades for $1.179 million in Oct. 2004.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 268 home sales in Pacific Palisades during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.695 million.
