Virpi Sidler bought a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 11033 Massachusetts Ave. in Westwood from David A. Lapidus for $620,000 on Dec. 3.

Lapidus paid $700,000 for the condo in March 2006. The 1,519-square-foot Unit #20 is part of the 11033 Massachusetts Ave. development, which was built in 1974.

Ms. Sidler is a liaison manager at the Bureau of Strategic Management. She also serves as the president of the Finnish-American Chamber of Commerce on the Pacific Coast.

She attended Western Washington University.

Sidler sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1375 Kelton Ave. in Westwood for $320,000 in June 2001. She bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 950 N. Kings Road in West Hollywood for $495,000 in Aug. 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 26 condo sales in Westwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $675,000.
