Google exec buys Palms 3BD

Medium 9b5f5ab975adcc849f2012a1f8738252 Jeremy Woodlee and John W. Chain bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 3454 S. Bentley Ave. in Palms from Cyril and Christian E. Armbrister for $760,000 on Dec. 3.

The 1,330-square-foot house was built in 1941.

Mr. Woodlee is a senior account executive at Google. He is a former regional vice president at the Rubicon Project and has worked at the Los Angeles Times, NAVTEQ, Aviron, Classified Ventures, Toul USA and WebMD.

He received his M.B.A, in entrepreneurship and marketing from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his B.A. in American studies from Yale University.

Mr. Cyril Armbrister is a partner in the law firm of Gordon & Reese LLP. He is a trial attorney with a litigation practice that includes industrial and consumer products, medical products and devices, toxic torts, and errors and omissions defense.

He earned his J.D. from the University of California School of Law in Los Angeles and his B.A. in history from Pomona College in Claremont.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 97 home sales in Palms during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $595,000.
