The 3,897-square-foot house in the Colfax Meadows subdivision was built in 1950.

Mr. Mendelsohn is the manager and producer at New Wave Entertainment. He is a former agent at Endeavor.

He attended the Southwestern University School of Law and the University of California-San Diego.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 393 home sales in Studio City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $663,500.
