Medium 1108d671776e9ab4e27e6f3c8911d542 Mark Howard Oring sold a three-bedroom, two-bath at 426 S. Redondo Ave. in Manhattan Beach to Shirmantas Kligys and Yinghua Yu for $935,000 on Dec. 3.
