Simon Nejadkashani and Tanaz Setarehshenas bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 5000 Nestle Ave. in Encino from David and Patricia Chaimowitz for $660,000 on Dec. 6.

The Chaimowitzes paid $645,000 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 1,925-square-foot house was built in 1950.

Mr. Nejadkashani is a
senior business system analyst at Health Net, a health insurer headquartered in Woodland Hills. He joined Health Net in July 2002 as a staff programmer analyst. Prior to that, he was a lead software engineer at E-ppraisal. He has also worked as a software engineer at GTE Government Systems.

He has B.S. and M.S. in computer science from California State University-Northridge. He also attended technical management programs at University of California-Los Angeles.

The Chaimowitzes previously sold a house at 4009 Coldwater Canyon Ave. in Studio City for $596,000 in July 2003.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 709 home sales in Encino during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $409,000.
