Sahar Amin Baghaei, Barrett Morgan, Mahroo Morgan and Ali Pourafzal bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3663 Greve Drive in Rancho Palos Verdes from Martin and Laurie Bishop for $765,000 on Dec. 8.

The 2,357-square-foot house in Northeast Rancho Palos Verdes was built in 1964.

Ms. Baghaei is an operations manager at Broadcore, a Los Angeles-based telecommunications company. She serves the same role at NextCom, Inc., a communications company providing digital and IP telephone systems.

Baghaei and Pourafzal also own a condo at 2815 Sepulveda Blvd. in Torrance. They paid $880,000 for the property in Aug. 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 310 home sales in Rancho Palos Verdes during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $862,500.
