Dr. Frawley is a dentist at Beverly Hills Dentistry.

She received her B.S. in biology from Loyola Marymount University and her D.D.S. from the University of California-Los Angeles.

Mr. Rutman is a member of the band The Gabriel Mann Situation. He currently works at Asylum Recording Studios in Los Angeles.

He majored in music at the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a degree in film scoring at the University of Southern California.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 186 condo sales in Westwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $557,500.
