Ms. Savarese is a lawyer with a private practice in Sierra Madre. The areas of her practice include catastrophic personal injury, civil rights violations, product liability, CFRA/FMLA violations and wills and trusts. She most recently was an attorney at Mathews & Rager, LLP. Prior to that, she served as a litigator at Gancedo & Nieves, LLP.

She holds a B.A. in philosophy and sociology from Villanova University and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Melanie Marie Savarese and Jeffrey Thomas Savarese previously bought the house at 30 E. Bonita Ave. in Sierra Madre for $632,000 in Sept. 2003.

Ralph T. Savarese and Joan T. Savarese also bought a condo at 230 S. Madison Ave. in Pasadena for $392,500 in Sept. 2004.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,091 home sales in Pasadena during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $480,000.
