Dr. Coha also owns a house at 3600 W. Clark Ave. in Burbank. She paid $770,000 for the property in Aug. 2007.

The Pereyras own a house at 7757 Case Ave. in Sun Valley.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 724 home sales in Burbank during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $499,000.
