Jay Bienstock has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bedroom home at 2203 Ridgemont Dr. in Beverly Crest for $1.498 million.

Bienstock paid $1 million for the property in April 2004. The 2,417-square-foot home was built in 1960.

Teresa O'Rourke-Shapiro of Prudential California Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Bienstock is an Emmy-winning executive producer at CBS and Jay Bienstock Productions. Among the shows he's worked on include the reality smash "Survivor," as well as "The Apprentice," and his current project, the USA Network reality game show "There Goes the Neighborhood." He won an Emmy for his work on the 2001 season of "Survivor."

He received his B.F.A. from Emerson College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 110 home sales in Beverly Crest with a median sales price of $1,312,500.
