Arnie Herrmann and Arno Way have listed for sale the three-bedroom, two-bath home at 230 Arno Way in the Pacific Palisades for $2.75 million.

Herrmann and Way acquired the property for $3.3 million in Aug. 2006. The 1,585-square-foot house was built in 1951.

Herrmann is a certified public accountant and senior managing director at Starr & Co. LLC in Los Angeles.
He attended the State University of New York in Albany.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 392 home sales in the Pacific Palisades in 2008, with a median price of $1.9625 million.
