Todd A. Bomberg and Amy E. Bomberg have listed for sale a six-bedroom, seven-bath home at 16096 Valley Meadow Place in Encino for $3 million.

Bomberg paid $1.65 million for the property in March 2002. The 6,467-square-foot house was built in 1996.

Mr. Bomberg is managing partner at Genesys CleanTech Partners LLC, a global firm focused on clean technology.

Previously, he served as senior vice president at Moelis & Co. LLC. Before that, he served as chief investment officer at MAG Capital. He has also served as executive director at UBS Investment Bank and as vice president at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

He received his B.A. in history and Russian studies from Carleton College and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 641 sales in Encino in 2008, with a median sales price of $431,500.
