Kelvin Duckett and Amanda Mears have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 2501 Outpost Dr. in Hollywood for $1.295 million.

Duckett paid $696,000 for the property in May 2000. The 1,662-square-foot house was built in 1950.

Robert Risher of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the home.

Duckett is the former chief operating officer and executive vice president at Image Metrics Inc., which provides animation solutions to the entertainment industry.

Prior to joining Image Metrics, he served as managing director at Post Logic Studios. He attended Exeter College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 469 sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $706,250.
