Schuman and McNulty paid $1.42 million for the property in Jan. 2002. The 3,847-square-foot house was built in 1971.

Susan Stark of Gibson International is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Schuman is the CEO and co-founder of HighView Media, a media advisory and management firm in Santa Monica. Prior to founding HighView Media, he served as co-president of Universal Studios Television Distribution.

He has also served as senior transactions counsel at a division of General Electric, and for the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York. He earned his B.A. in American history from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta.
