E-marketing execs list in Rancho Park for $1.275M

Medium 4ee5e7ab4a2206a9929abad70e0ed1fa Terrence Pullan and Andrea Anne Pullan have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2227 Midvale Ave. in Rancho Park for $1.275 million.

The Pullans acquired the property in March 2009. The 2,138-square-foot house was built in 1925. Terri and David Elston of Tele Properties are the listing agents.

Mr. Pullan is the co-founder and president of eProspecting, headquartered in Los Angeles and is into e-marketing. He is the owner of Gallery Judaica, which focuses on Jewish wedding, holiday, birthday and other occasions. Previously, he worked as a solar consultant at Verengo Solar Plus. He was the founder of Israel Calls and also held key positions at Merrill Lynch, Prudential Insurance Company, Fox & Carskadon, Coldwell Banker, Genstar Media, and Pullan Communications.

He attended Santa Monica College.

Ms. Pullan is the vice president of operations and one of the founders of eProspecting. She is also a licensed realtor. She also co-founded Genstar Media and Pullan Communications.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 56 home sales in Rancho Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $718,000.
