The property was transferred to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and The Indymac Indx Mortgage Trust 2007 Ar5 on Sept. 8. The 1,576-square-foot home was built in 1959.

Haft is a real estate consultant in the Woodland Hills office of Rodeo Realty. He previously was a manager for a private valet company.

Tahler is a Realtor at Rodeo Realty in San Fernando Valley.

Haft and Tahler previously purchased the home at 7530 Royer Ave.in West Hills for $400,000 on April 21.
