Lighting architect, lawyer relist Tarzana 4BD for $2.01M

Medium 0bee56009dcb850708684118524c2bb1 Jack Zukerman and Rosaline Zukerman have relisted a four-bedroom, seven-bath home at 3765 Marfield Ave. in Tarzana for $2.01 million.

The Zukermans originally listed the home with Prudential California Realty for $2.295 million in July 2011. They took the home off the market in November 2011 and relisted it at the existing price on Jan. 9. Todd Bernstein of Rodeo Realty is the current listing agent.

The Zukermans paid $2.15 million for the property on May 2004. The 5,487-square-foot house was built in 2000.

Jack Zukerman is an entrepreneur and author of "Let There Be Light", an account of his personal experiences as a lighting architect for the World Trade Centers, the John Hancock Building and many other Fortune 500 companies. He is the former chief executive officer of CSL Lighting and RSA Lighting.

Rosaline Zukerman is a lawyer who specializes in family law.

She holds a J.D. from Southwestern University, an M.A. from the University of Iowa and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Illinois.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 369 home sales in Tarzana during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $430,000.
