Precision Homes will begin planning and construction of a new model home after the holidays. The Rockport will be 2,781 square feet with base price starting at just $180,750.

"This will be our fourth model home at our sales center located at 10464 State Highway 242 in Conroe, just two miles east of I-45 on State Highway 242," said Royce Landua of Precision Homes. "This model will allow us to showcase homes from 1,634 to more than 2,750 square feet."

Leading up to the model home's construction in January, Precision Homes will be offering its Christmas Cash promotion in December, allowing customers the chance at a one percent discount on the base price of any home purchased during the month.

The offer expires on Dec. 31.
