Lorenzo and Rosaria Sciortino sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 721 N.E. 76th St. in Boca Raton to BFG Real Estate Holdings Inc. for $944,000 on Aug. 28.

The Sciortinos paid $1.18 million for the 5,010-square-foot house in Feb. 2006. It was built in 1987 in the Boca Raton Eastside neighborhood.

Mr. Sciortino is the owner of the family-run Renzo's of Boca Italian Restaurant and Renzo's Cafe and Pizzeria.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,352 home sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $297,000.
