Raymond and Rolande Pasquin bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2800 S. Ocean Blvd. in Boca Raton from Carole B. Barbieri for $460,000 on Aug. 25.

Barbieri paid $481,597 for the condo in June 2005. Unit #153 is part of the Whitehall condominium development.

Mr. Pasquin is a radio host, comedy writer and stand-up comedian. He hosts his own syndicated radio programs, "The Ray Pasquin Show" and "Ray's Cruise and Travel Specials," which airs throughout the United States and parts of Canada. He has appeared with and written for a number of celebrities including, Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Bob Hope, Paul Reiser, Rodney Dangerfield, Robin Williams and Benny Hill, among others.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,359 home sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $325,000.
