Ex-Dell program manager buys Royal Palm Beach 4BD

Medium 042c69e514e22199f01030a1dc7c57b5 Valynda Brooks-Gonzalez and Rodolfo Gonzalez, III, bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1819 Waldorf Dr. in Royal Palm Beach from Faisal and Lavonda Muslet for $440,000 on Aug. 25.

Ms. Muslet paid $538,151 for the 5,121-square-foot home in June 2004, the same year it was built. It is part of the Madison Green subdivision.

Gonzalez has been director of engineering and development at Da Vinci Systems LLC, a provider of color improvement and image restoration products headquartered in Coral Springs. Prior to her position at Da Vinci Systems, she worked as a program manager at Dell and she held managerial roles at General Electric and Verizon.

She attended the University of Texas–Dallas and the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 631 home sales in Royal Palm Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $186,000.
