The Navarros paid $907,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 1,490-square-foot Unit #3404 is part of the Green Diamond development, which was built in 2000 in the Oceanpoint neighborhood.

Dr. Navarro practices cardiology in Miami with Seville Physicians Group.

He earned his medical degree from Universidad de Cadiz in Spain and completed his residency at St. Luke's Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,694 condo sales in Miami Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $255,600.
