Dr. Salah Amer, H. Amer and Eman Amer bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 100 S. Pointe Dr. in Miami Beach from Zo K. Dodge for $3.15 million on Sept. 21.

Dodge paid $1.148 million for the property in Jan. 2003. The 2,508-square-foot Unit #1506 is part of the Continuum on South Beach condominium development, which was built in 2002 in the South Point neighborhood.

Dr. Amer is an internist at Bahrami & Amer in North Miami Beach.

He earned his medical degree from Ain Shams University in Egypt and completed his residency at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Florida.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,694 condo sales in Miami Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $255,600.
