Andrew and Tracey Toutt bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 8185 Twin Lake Dr. in Unincorporated Boca Raton from Dr. Gustavo Benejam and Nilma Benejam for $1.525 million on Sept. 9.

The 6,603-square-foot home in the Whisper Walk neighborhood was built in 1995.

Mr. Toutt is the executive vice president at GA Telesis LLC, a provider of commercial aircraft and jet engine finance and leasing services headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. He previously served as vice president of technical services at C-S Aviation Services Inc., he held a variety of roles at British Aerospace Aviation Services and he worked at British Aerospace Limited.

Dr. Benejam is a psychologist in the Boca Raton area. In addition to his practice, he also serves as a director of Devcon, a provider of electronic security services and products headquartered in Boca Raton. He previously served as chief operating officer at AOL Latin America, was regional vice president for the Caribbean division of Frito Lay and he served as president for Pepsico's Latin America division.

He earned a Psy.D. from C. Albizu University and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,723 sales in Unincorporated Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $285,000.
