Criminal lawyer, artist sell Wellington 5BD

Medium 7108689e20cb3a97a979d41ec5627e62 Michael Dubiner and Nancy Tilles sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 14877 Stirrup Lane in Wellington to James and Dianna Crickenberger for $380,000 on Sept. 9.

The 3,964-square-foot home in the Paddock Park of Wellington subdivision was built in 1984.

Dubiner is a lawyer at the law firm Dubiner & Wilensky LLC in West Palm Beach. He concentrates his practice on family law and criminal law.

He earned a B.A. degree from the City University of New York School of Law and his J.D. from the University of Miami.

Tilles is a portrait artist, watercolorist and graphic designer. Her art is regularly featured at Alligator Art in Wellington and exhbited at Palm Beach International Airport, Artigras, Wellington Art Festival, Las Olas Festival of the Arts, Boca Raton Festival and Weston Art Festival, among others. She also teaches oil painting.

She received her bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Miami. She also attended master's workshops and classes at the Armory Art Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,072 sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median sales price of $286,500.
