The Cyglers paid $637,500 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 3,382-square-foot home in the Addison Reserve Country Club subdivision was built in 2000.

Dr. Cygler is a dentist in New Jersey.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,278 sales in Unincorporated Delray Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $80,000.
