Dr. Ronald P. Guritzky bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 11529 Windsor Bay Place in Wellington from Stephen and Cheryl Walton for $595,000 on Sept. 2.

The Waltons paid $616,877 for the property in Aug. 2003. The 5,283-square-foot house in the Wellington South neighborhood was built in 2003.

Dr. Guritzky has been an anesthesiologist for eight years. He has worked at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

He earned his M.D. from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed his residencies at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,072 home sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median sales price of $285,000.
