Regina M. Rousseau sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 701 Bella Vista Ave. in Coral Gables to Leopold and Yamile Manzanilla for $1 million on Sept. 25.

Ms. Rousseau paid $1.4 million for the 2,293-square-foot house in Oct. 2006. It was built in 1970 in the Gables Bayfront neighborhood.

Rousseau is the owner and president of Athletic Republic Miami, a sports training company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 428 home sales in Coral Gables in 2008, with a median sales price of $446,950.
