Morency was a running back in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers and Houston Texans. In 26 career games, he rushed for 618 yards and four touchdowns.

He attended Oklahoma State University, and in 2004 he won the Thurman Thomas Award.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,188 home sales in Pembroke Pines in 2008, with a median sales price of $270,000.
