Mr. Samway has worked in new business development at Gap Inc. Prior to that, he served as the company's finance, strategy and operations departments. Before joining Gap, he worked as an equity researcher at Societe Generale and in investment banking at Robertson Stephens and Deutsche Bank.

He attended the Columbia University Business School and Princeton University.

Mrs. Samway has been a credit manager at A'Nue Ligne, an apparel and fashion company. Prior to that, she was a nurse at Baptist Health South Florida.

She attended Wesleyan University and the University of California-San Francisco.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 169 home sales in Pinecrest in 2008, with a median sales price of $656,250.
