Eibar Coa has listed for sale a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 1201 S.W. 130th Ave. in Davie for $2.3 million.

Coa acquired the house for $1.3 million in Dec. 2004. The 4,915-square-foot house in the Davie West neighborhood was built in 1988.

Coa is a horse racing jockey. He began his riding career in 1992 and he has more than 3,600 career wins.

He is a member of the Calder Race Course Hall of Fame and he was named the 2006 Jockey of the Year by New York Thoroughbred Breeders Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,123 sales in Davie in 2008, with a median sales price of $180,000.
