Dr. Bart G. Gatz and Lauren K. Gatz have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 738 Sea Sage Dr. in Delray Beach for $1.99 million.

The Gatzs acquired the house for $1.6 million in April 2009. The 3,729-square-foot house in the Delray Beach East neighborhood was built in 1949. Joyce Marie Schneider of RE/MAX is the listing agent for the house.

Dr. Gatz serves as an anesthesiologist in Boynton Beach. He is affiliated with Boca Raton Community Hospital, JFK Medical Center and Bethesda Memorial Hospital.

He completed medical school at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He finished his residencies at the Creighton University School of Medicine, the University of Kansas School of Medicine and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
