Douglas Rodibaugh and Marta P. Guerra sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1645 Tigertail Ave. in Miami to Allan J. Sullivan and his wife, Linda, for $1.1 million on Oct. 2.

Rodibaugh and Guerra paid $940,000 for the property in Jan. 2003. The 3,879-square-foot home in the North/East Coconut Grove neighborhood was built in 1950.

Rodibaugh is the general manager at Miami International Airport Hotel. He is a member and former chair of the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 8,429 sales in Miami in 2008, with a median sales price of $298,900.
