Kirit and Gita Vora have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 400 Alton Road in Miami Beach for $2.2 million.

The Voras paid $2.15 million for Unit #1903 in Oct. 2005. The development at 400 Alton Road is also known as the Murano Grande at Portofino. Eric J. Seder of Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent for the condo.

Dr. Vora has been a urologist and founding physician at Urological Surgeon in Troy, Mich. He specializes in the treatment of urological cancers.

He attended medical school at MGM Medical College in India. He completed his residencies at St. Clare Hospital and Harper Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,843 condo sales in Miami Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $273,500.
