Dr. David Breznick and Yi Man Wong bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 650 Allendale Road in Key Biscayne from Dr. Vitor F. Weinman and his wife, Patricia for $780,000 on Oct. 1.

The Weinmans paid $1,195,000 for the property in April 2005. The 1,938-square-foot house in the Key Biscayne Bayside neighborhood was built in 1951.

Dr. Breznick is an anesthesiologist specialized in pain medicine at Mercy Hospital Inc. He has been affiliated with Healthsouth Doctors' Hospital, Jackson Memorial Hospital and Mount Sinai Medical Center.

He earned his medical degree at the Drexel University School of Medicine. He completed his residencies at the Drexel University School of Medicine, the New York University School of Medicine and the University of Texas-Houston Medical School.

Dr. Weinman is a dermatologist in Miami.

Dr. Weinman earned his M.D. at Vrije Universiteit Brussels in 1975 and completed his residency in dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1984. He finished his fellowship at New York University Medical Center in 1982.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 166 home sales in Key Biscayne in 2008, with a median sales price of $677,833.
