Dr. Stephen A. Weirich and Ronald G. Morgan bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 3814 El Prado Blvd. in Miami from William D. Carlson and Anne Shatas for $785,000 on Sept. 24.

Carlson and Shatas acquired the property for $650,000 in Sept. 2003. The 2,181-square-foot house, which was built in 1927, is in the South/West Coconut Grove neighborhood.

Dr. Weirich has been a family doctor at the Free Clinic of Greater Cleveland.

He earned his M.D. from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and finished his residency at the University Hospitals of Cleveland.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,287 sales in Miami in 2008, with a median price of $172,000.
