The 1,903-square-foot house, which was built in 1968, is in the South Gables neighborhood.

Mr. Saks is a certified civil court mediator in Florida. He specializes in the areas of business relationships, commercial, contracts, custody, divorce, employment, landlord tenant, post-divorce and real estate.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,300 sales in Coral Gables in 2008, with a median price of $172,000.
