Alfred and Deborah LaSorte sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 100 N. US Highway in Jupiter to Jerome and Robin Silvers for $715,000 on Sept. 23.

The LaSortes bought Unit #810 for $744,730 in March 2005. The 3,828-square-foot condo is part of the Dockside at Jupiter Harbour development. It is in the Jonathan's Landing/Admiral's Cove neighborhood.

Mr. LaSorte is a lawyer at the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP. He is a partner in the firm's business litigation department and he practices in the areas of real estate and equine law.

He earned his B.A. in history and economics in 1977 from the University of Delaware and his law degree in 1980 from the University of Florida.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 533 condo sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $195,000.
