Dr. John M. Goldberg and Hillary Goldberg bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 433 Bargello Ave. in Coral Gables from Roberto Santiesteban and Kyra White for $830,000 on Oct. 13.

Santiesteban and White paid $680,000 for the 2,978-square-foot house in April 2002. It was built in 1956 in the South Gables neighborhood.

Dr. Goldberg is a pediatric oncologist at the Miami Sarcoma Group. He also practices at Jackson North Medical Center and Jackson Memorial Hospital and he an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He has previously worked at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 425 home sales in Coral Gables during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $454,000.
